Extra nurse visits
A nurse comes home more often than your plan includes. She takes vitals, checks medicines, and what she sees goes straight to the doctor.
Physiotherapy at home
A physiotherapist works on strength, balance and mobility. These are the things that decide whether a fall happens.
More time with a dietician
Someone who plans around your parent's own readings and what they actually like to eat, not a printed diet chart.
Extra doctor consultations
A consultation beyond what your plan includes, for a second opinion or when something new comes up.
Add-ons are charged every month alongside your plan, for a minimum of three months. Changes apply from your next bill, never mid-month.
What your parents actually need depends on their health, not on a menu. Your care coordinator prices it with you on your counselling call.

You can start any plan straight away. This is for when you'd rather ask first. Tell us about your parents and we'll say honestly which plan makes sense, and what, if anything, they need beyond it.
Three months, then monthly. Every plan starts with a 3-month minimum, paid up front. After that it renews automatically each month at the price shown above, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from within the app once the minimum is served, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
30-day full refund. If Sehatly isn't right for your family, tell us within 30 days of starting and we refund what you paid, no questions asked.
The price is the same in every country. Prices are shown and charged in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise; paying from abroad, your bank may add a foreign-transaction fee. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner; we never store your card details.
Add-on services are quoted individually, billed separately from your subscription, and governed by the terms provided at the time of purchase.
