1. About Sehatly

Sehatly, a service operated by Nuo Financial Technologies ("we", "us"), provides a health-monitoring service that helps families track diabetes and blood-pressure readings, with AI health insights, doctor chat, nurse home-visit booking and weekly WhatsApp health reports. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

2. Not a medical emergency service

Sehatly is an information and monitoring tool. It does not provide emergency care and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified doctor for medical decisions. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

3. Subscription & billing

• Sehatly is an auto-renewing subscription billed in Indian Rupees (INR). The price is the same in every country; paying from abroad, your bank may add a foreign-transaction fee.
• Every plan starts with a three-month minimum term, paid up front. After that it renews automatically each month at the price shown on our Pricing page, until you cancel.
• You may cancel anytime from within the app once the minimum term is served; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. A 30-day full refund applies from the start of your first plan. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• We may change prices with prior notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay). We do not store your card details.
• Service availability: in-person services (nurse home visits, lab sample collection, vaccination and 24-hour blood-pressure monitoring) are provided only in cities where we operate, currently Bengaluru, Patna and Delhi. App-based and remote services are available across India. We will tell you before you are charged if an in-person service cannot be delivered where your parents live.

4. Refunds & cancellation

Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and not misuse the service or attempt to access other users' data.

6. Data & privacy

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sehatly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
